Our roasts

All our single origin coffees are available in either medium, signature, or dark roasts. 
Our coffee blends are all signature roasts.

Medium Roast Balanced and smooth	Signature Roast Richer, with deeper flavours	Dark Roast Bold, smoky, and earthy
Excellent for pour-over, cold brew, drip coffee, or Aeropress. It can also be used for a smooth tasting espresso.	A great all-round medium-dark roast. ​It works really well with any brew method. It is particularly good for espresso and French press.	Perfect for espresso, stovetop, French press and Aeropress.
