Our roasts are:
Medium roast (balanced and smooth) - Excellent for pour-over, cold brew, drip coffee, or Aeropress. It can also be used for a smooth tasting espresso.
Signature Roast (Richer, with deeper flavours) - A great all-round medium-dark roast. It works really well with any brew method. It is particularly good for espresso and French press.
Dark Roast (Bold, smoky, and earthy) - Perfect for espresso, stovetop, French press and Aeropress. Great for a strong coffee with other brewing methods.
