Colombia Huila Excelso (Signature roast)
The term "Excelso" refers to a high-quality classification of Colombian coffee, representing only the best beans selected for export. Known for its distinctive balance of body and acidity, Excelso is consistently supplied year-round, maintaining its reputation for exceptional quality.
Huila, located in southwestern Colombia, is a renowned coffee-growing region and one of the country's most important agricultural areas. The region benefits from fertile volcanic soil, ample water from the Magdalena River, and the Colombian Massif, which provides essential water resources for both agriculture and the population, contributing significantly to Colombia’s economy.
Signature Roast (Richer, with deeper flavours) - A great all-round medium-dark roast. It works really well with any brew method. It is particularly good for espresso and French press.
